Everything a transport desk needs
Pick ITF or Challenger and get a full timetable straight away: morning runs to the venue, afternoon runs back, the last shuttle after end of play, and on-request runs in the quiet hours.
Scheduled shuttles always run. On-request slots only run when enough riders book before the cutoff, and everyone is told either way.
Booking is atomic, so a full shuttle can't be overbooked. Players join a waitlist and move up automatically when someone cancels.
Riders get a reminder 10 minutes before departure, and a message if their shuttle is retimed or cancelled.

Do I need Court Booking as well?
No. Player Transport works on its own at $249 per tournament. With both modules, players also get shuttle suggestions that match their practice and match times.
What about end of play?
The last shuttle follows end of play: estimated from the order of play and the practice schedule, then fixed when the desk declares play over. Riders on a shuttle that moves are told automatically.
Does it handle drivers' hours rules?
It warns, it doesn't block. Pick the rules that fit your vehicles (UK car or minibus, EU, US or a sensible default) and the rota flags breaches before you save. The auto-assign never creates one. It is guidance, not legal advice.
Can officials and staff ride?
Yes. The desk books officials and staff by name, and you can hold seats for them on any service.
Is it for airport transfers?
Not yet. Player Transport covers shuttles between hotels, the venue and offsite courts during the tournament.
